Vivid Moments provides small event photography services, including event coverage, agreed portrait coverage, and edited image delivery, subject to availability and the scope confirmed before the booking. Service details, location, and access arrangements are reviewed in advance and may vary by event.
Fees are based on the agreed coverage scope, venue, duration, and delivery requirements. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated at the time of booking. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms.

Photography services are provided with reasonable care, but no guarantee is made as to exact poses, expressions, attendance, weather, backgrounds, or the final number of edited images.
